Recovering contracts after a batch failure

of €60,000 in payments at risk recovered through data analysis, debug and Managers criteria.
I fixed a Java batch defect and added a way to recover affected cases. We later reused that functionality for other incidents.

Looking beyond a slow search panel
Search and export relied on two complex SQL queries. I helped optimise search and improved the export query myself. The investigation also led us to propose moving large exports into a separate batch process.
